Sadie recently celebrated her 10th birthday. Her mother, Carrie, threw
her a wonderful party with of the trimmings; complete with a healthy
dog cake made by a friend. All of her friends were there; from April
the happy-go-lucky Pit Bull, to Hugo the 4 pound "Chihuawhat"
to Jujie the 95 pound Ridgeback - and many more. Sadie was thrilled
with how well a dozen great and diverse dogs got along together to celebrate
her big day. The equally diverse and well-mannered human guests  also
had a great time.
Sadie opted to forego the gifts that usually come with such a shindig.
Instead, she decided to help the animals by asking for donations to
Pals of Paws Brigade. She helps her mom care for and socialize foster
animals, and helping rescued animals is a cause near and dear to her
heart. Donations made in Sadie's honor totaled $160.00.
