We are looking for Volunteers in all areas. Listed below are a few specialty areas that you might be interested in.
Project Leads Consider joining the ranks of the awesome POP Project Leaders. Project Leaders commit to leading a project, managing the volunteers before, after and during the project and acting as goodwill ambassadors for POP.
Fundraising

Consider assisting with all stages of fundraising including soliciting local businesses for either monetary or in-kind donations, grant writing.
Carpentry Help in areas of construction, building fences, structure repair, dog houses and enclosures.
Electrical Help with wiring for lights sheds, and other projects.
Landscaping Planting, pulling weeds, raking general grounds clean-up.
Office Assistants Help with mailing, flyers, copies, and other office prep work.
Media/Newsletter Assist in writing and creating the newsletter, publications, and website.
Education Coordinators Help create an education program about animal welfare groups and the needs of homeless animals.
Legal Affairs Be available for advice and information concerning nonprofit matters, facility issues.
